मदहोश  निगाहें

मदहोश निगाहों से वो उसे
देखता रहा
उसकी ज़ुल्फ़ उसके चेहरे को बेधड़क
 चूम रहे थे
किसी बात पर उसके लब 
खिलखिला रहे थे

वो मंज़र कितना खूबसूरत था
ये देख वो हैरान हो गया
दिल में एक तस्वीर 
अनजाने में बस गया

जिस मोहब्बत की तलाश में
उसने सदियाँ गुज़ारी
आज जब उम्मीद भी ना रही
तो वो सामने आ गयी 

वो कुछ कहना चाहता था
और अल्फाज़ साथ छोड़ गए
पर उसकी मख़सूस मुस्कुराहट 
दिल की सारी बातें कह गए

खामोश सी थी मुलाकात
पर जज़्बात चीख रहे थे
दो लम्हे की थी मुलाक़ात 
और वो इक नयी दास्ताँ लिख रहे थे

इक कहानी जिसका आगाज़ 
दिल से हुआ था
मोहब्बत दस्तक दे रही थी
और दिल उसका इस्तक़बाल 
कर रहा था
